The Waterproof No Transfer Kohl offers ultra-pigmented color designed to enhance medium to dark skin tones. Its gel formula glides smoothly onto the eyelid to create an intense, precise, and smudge-proof line. With 12-hour wear, no transfer, and no creasing, this pencil defines the eyes with masterful control, whether used as eyeliner, along the lash line, or on the inner rim of the eye.

How to use this product

The No Transfer Khôl Waterproof pencil from blacklUp can be applied in 3 different ways: - On the eyelid: apply your pencil to the entire mobile eyelid and blend it using an eyelid brush. For more intensity, apply an eyeshadow of the same color on top and blend again. - On the eye contour as an eyeliner: highlight your upper lash line directly with the tip of your pencil, previously sharpened to obtain a precise line. - Inside the eye: slightly pull the underside of your eye and slide the pencil along the inner edge.
